Doctoral research — university–industry R&D collaboration

PhD research focused on collaborative university–industry R&D management and the P2C methodology. The documented method was structured in four modules and nineteen activities and assessed by seven experts before real-context application.

Institutional capability and ecosystem architecture

Longitudinal work examines institutionalisation, capability transfer, training-of-trainers, competency frameworks, accompaniment systems and ecosystem governance — especially the question of what remains after a project, founder or external expert leaves.
