SMTMC — Capacity Building & Maintenance Excellence

General coordination within an 11-institution consortium, governance and institutional learning around maintenance excellence. Final project implementation assessment by EACEA was rated “GOOD”.

MEDSt@rts — Entrepreneurship & Microfinance

Senior expertise, moderation and accompaniment of creative projects with the Sfax Chamber of Commerce, including business planning and microfinance-network engagement.

INSTART — Innovation & Technology Transfer

Point-focal and transversal acceleration work supporting innovation capability and technology-transfer practices.

AUF Entreprendre — West Africa

International expertise supporting the creation and professionalisation of student-entrepreneur hubs across Francophone West African higher-education environments.

Climate Hub — Since 2024

Operational involvement with the University of Wyoming and U.S. Department of State ecosystem around climate and entrepreneurship.

CIVIS Innov’Spheres — 2025–2027

Contribution to project development connecting Aix-Marseille, Bucharest, Dakar and Sfax around innovation and institutional cooperation.
