Institutionalising student entrepreneurship across partner ecosystems

SALEEM worked on student entrepreneurship mechanisms, hubs, national-status approaches, competency frameworks and accompaniment guidance across Tunisia, Morocco and European partners.

Role: Conception contribution and local focal-point / institutional implementation responsibilities.
Mechanism: Student-entrepreneur hubs, competency frameworks, accompaniment processes and transferability.
Value: Embedding entrepreneurship support into institutional structures rather than treating it as a stand-alone activity.

Coordinating an 11-institution consortium around maintenance excellence

The assignment combined consortium governance, institutional learning, digital knowledge resources and corrective implementation across partner institutions.

Role: General coordinator.
Scope: Consortium of 11 institutions.
Outcome: Final EACEA implementation assessment rated the project “Good”. This rating is presented only as a project implementation assessment.

University of Sfax · Integrated institutional architecture

Connecting entrepreneurship, employability and technology transfer

C’INNOVANT brought together mechanisms related to student entrepreneurship, career development, technology transfer, coworking, pre-incubation, FabLab and prototyping.

Role: Director and institutional architect across interconnected mechanisms.
Foundation: Built on a longer chain of structures including BNTUS, CUIES, CUITTS, BUTT, 4C and PEES.
Value: A more integrated university-to-ecosystem pathway rather than separate support units.

Building a student entrepreneurship and competency-support system

The university ecosystem combined student entrepreneurship support and a coordinated network of career and competency centres.

Scale: More than 500 projects supported through entrepreneurship mechanisms; 14 4C centres coordinated.
Focus: Incubation, employability, competency development, coaching, certification and student-entrepreneur mechanisms.
Transfer: Methods and institutional experience were later mobilised in national and international assignments.

PAQ-DGSU · University transformation

Diagnosing 16 institutions and structuring nine transformation actions

A strategic assignment at the University of Monastir addressed innovation policy, entrepreneurship governance, competency frameworks, training-of-trainers, doctoral development and researcher capacity.

Scope: 16 institutions.
Output: Nine structuring actions.
Approach: Diagnosis, stakeholder mobilisation, co-design and capability development.

Green entrepreneurship · Independent expert

Recent green entrepreneurship and AI-assisted project structuring

Since November 2025, independent expert work has included Green Business Model Canvas, Green Business Plans, bootcamps, project evaluation and responsible AI-assisted ideation and structuring.

Recent example: YADOUM initiation programme for eco-entrepreneurs in the Sfax development context.
Methods: GBMC, Design Thinking, pitch evaluation, market analysis and digital learning.
Positioning: Applied expertise for programmes requiring both training quality and operational deliverables.
